This is essential information... but it is not available in your Talent Link account.
Talent Link provides a lot of useful information: your position, your manager, your job code, your salary, your objectives... but strangely enough, not your grade or job group.
Why is this information missing?
Remember: knowing your grade or job group is your right, as it determines your salary range.
So how can you find out? There's only one solution: ask your HR department. They can't refuse your request.
