Employee representatives on the Social and Economic Committee (CSE)

26/05/2026

Hello, my name is Mélanie BONNEL.
I am the Secretary of the CSE at Schneider Electric Grenoble, and I am also the first woman to hold this role at Schneider Electric.

CSE stands for Comité Social et Économique (Social and Economic Committee).

Its role is simple: to act as a link between employees—represented by around sixty elected members in Grenoble—and Top Management.
The elected Representatives and Top Management meet once a month. We discuss topics that directly impact employees, based on the concerns you raise with us, such as working conditions, health, safety, and company projects.

The CSE also manages ASC, which stands for Activités Sociales et Culturelles (Social and Cultural Activities).

Concretely, this includes: holiday support, gift vouchers, family activities, outings, events, and assistance during certain life situations.

The CSE is therefore a practical tool serving employees, and the elected representatives are here to support and represent you. Please feel free to speak with an employee representative—why not over a coffee?
